Fee Schedule: Effective January 1, 2012
 
Monitored Visitation:  Starting at $40 hourly (fees are determined by the variables of the case)
(Holiday rates are an additional $20 per hour)
 
Intake Fee: $50.00 Intake interviews (One time fee, per parent)
 
Monitored Exchanges:
· $70.00 per completed exchange or $35.00 per partial exchange
· Holiday Rates:  $100 per completed exchange or $50 per partial exchange                                 

Late Fees: $2.00 per minute after 5 minutes grace period
 
Cancellations: Monitored Exchanges/Visitations
For cancellations that are:

·  Weekdays: within 24 hours
·  Weekends: within 48 hours
·  Holidays: less than a week prior

of the scheduled exchange/visitation, the party cancelling is responsible to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the already “scheduled” exchange/visit and must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled exchange/visit.  Exception:  If the exchange or visit is cancelled due to child’s illness, a doctor’s note will be required to waive the late fee.
 
Visit Termination: If the monitor terminates a visit due to a rule violation, a termination fee of $50 will be applied and must be paid in full prior to the next scheduled visit.
 
Reports: Reports will be completed upon written request. Payment is due at the time of request. A Summary Report consists of a list of visitation dates only. A Detailed Summary Report gives a list of visitation dates and brief up to specific details of each visit.
 
Any request must be made within the following time frames:

·  Summary Report within a 10 business day request = $75.00
·  Summary report within a 3-5 business day request = $90.00
·  Detailed report within a 10 business day request = $100.00
·  Detailed report within a 3-5 business day request = $150.00

If the monitor is subpoenaed to appear in court, a flat fee of $800 will be charged for each day served.  To be paid in advance, in cash.
 
PAYMENT INFO
***ALL FEES ARE TO BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE, IN CASH.  RECEIPTS WILL BE GIVEN.  THESE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  YOU WILL BE GIVEN A TWO WEEK NOTICE OF ANY AND ALL CHANGES, DELETIONS OR ADDITIONS.  ALSO, YOU AGREE TO PAY THE ABOVE FEE(S) PER SERVICE, AS THEY APPLY. NO REFUNDS.
 
Availability: Professional monitors are available for visits and exchanges 7 days a week, 365 days of the year including holidays (holiday rates apply) to serve Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Visits and exchanges may be held at any location permitted by the court order and always at monitor's discretion.
